Lukehaven Safir Elsa Freyjasdottir Of Windrock BCAT ACT1 ACT1J is a uniquely cherished member of our kennel. As the only female in a litter of five born on November 17, 2022, she was raised, trained, and shown by three devoted co-owners—Cari, Paula, and Loren.
Titles & Accomplishments
- Earned her BCAT (Beginner Coursing Title) in late 2024.
- Achieved ACT 1 and ACT 1J (Agility Course Test 1 and Agility Course Test 1 Jumpers) in April 2025, demonstrating her natural aptitude for agility and learning.
- She will continue working on agility fundamentals while she is raising her puppies and be ready to start novice in the fall.
Temperament
Elsa is unwaveringly devoted to her humans, greeting everyone with a calm, confident presence that immediately puts visitors at ease. Agility is her jam—she began training in December 2024 and earned her first titles by April 2025—tackling tunnels and weave poles with intelligence and drive. On hot days, she loves swimming in the pool, showcasing her fearless spirit. Deeply bonded to her mother, Freyja, Elsa also delights in play sessions with Raina. Her warmth, smarts, and composed nature make her as reliable in the agility ring as she is at home.

GCHS CH Tri-Star Hroi Hottur Roy FDC NAP is the son of our legendary Luke and carries forward his legacy with distinction. Bred via artificial insemination five months after Luke’s passing, Roy was born on September 6, 2017—the date that would have been Luke’s eighth birthday—and immediately captured Loren’s heart during puppy selection in Michigan.
Titles & Accomplishments
- Grand Champion Silver (GCHS) in Conformation, following in his sire’s footsteps with multiple Herding Group placements
- Best of Breed at the National Championship in Orlando and three-time Best of Breed at Westminster, affirming his superior structure and breed type
- NAP (Novice Agility Preferred) title reflecting his versatility and athleticism
- Passed his Herding Instinct Test and is fully Farm Dog Certified, underscoring his innate working ability
Temperament
Roy’s presence is both protective and affectionate. As a young dog he was “like a bull in a china shop,” boldly asserting himself with eye contact and gentle vocalizations. Today, he serves as a vigilant guardian—often surveying the grounds from a grooming table—and settles into a “smiley puss” demeanor beside his Mom at day’s end. Though his bark is deep and resonant, he communicates most tenderly with soft whines around his pack
